Are Simi Valley schools supporting the local economy?
My daughter just started Kindergarten at Arroyo Elementary. Picture day is coming soon, and I noticed on the packet she brought home that the photographer will be someone in the 714 area code. Is this the case in other schools as well? Can’t Simi or even T.O./Westlake photographers cover all the local schools? How does the school/school district pick the photographers?
