Just Sweet Enough is a company whose inspiration is deeply rooted in family. From the company’s logo – an animated bear inspired by the sweet newborn look of Ms. Albright’s son -- to the tasty treats on the Just Sweet Enough menu named after husband Gerald’s popular jazz recordings, Just Sweet Enough continues to grow and prosper by looking upon its customers as extended members of a very special family.
The Just Sweet Enough menu is very diverse, with new selections added on a regular basis. Currently, there are at least 10 different types of fresh-baked cookies, nine flavors of a mouth-watering poundcake and more than half a dozen of beautifully decorated cakes baked to perfection and filled with the best-tasting crèmes.
In addition, the extensive menu features a nutritional fact sheet for all menu items, including calories, total fat, cholesterol, sodium, total carbohydrate, sugar, protein and dietary exchanges. Although decorated cakes are only available locally in Southern California, all other Just Sweet Enough products are shipped nationwide via its mail order department and online orders through the Internet.
